Q1: What is your shipping way? How much should I pay?
A: We have many shipping way to ship the products in order to reach your century in time. Different package’s weight, shipping methods and destination cost different. If you don’t have any requests, we will choose our best way to ship your goods.
Q2: How many days could I get my package?
A: Generally speaking, it would take 3 to 7 working days go to Europe and America without custom clearance and holiday delay.
Q3: May I have your sample first?
A: It is negotiable.
If we have done several times business before, when you need some new products, we can sent you small samples for free, you just need pay for the shipping fee only.
If it is our first time to have business with each other, we suggest you buy 20 yards first, because our MOQ is 20 yards, it is appropriate number to order first time, after you check it, you could also use it.
Q4: Why I need pay for customs fees?
A: Everyone buy something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country’s custom. In most time, we will declare value as your request if you need. if you no request, I will do as common according our best way.
Please note we are not accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation.
Q5: If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem, Please take a photo and send back to us ,then we can check that . And if it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
If you insist to return to good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
Q6: Can you make OEM or ODM Service?
A: Certainly, we accept OEM and ODM service. And we have own strong design team.
